Alfin is the Managing Partner and Founder of Panasean Investama. Prior to founding Panasean in late 2012, Alfin was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs where he focused on deal origination for Indonesian corporate and institutional clients. He has also served other major international and local corporate banks prior to his employment at Goldman Sachs.

He has more than 25 years of global and Indonesian investment banking, financial advisory, treasury and capital markets experience. He has been involved in many capital markets and financing transactions with and for Indonesian corporate and financial institutions. Additionally he has had strategic roles as a board member of a Top 5 bank in Indonesia.

His extensive experience in various sectors, including but not limited to F&B services, consumer, construction, banking and financial services, healthcare services, transportation, technology, etc., is well supported with his deep access and network to many private equity firms, funds and strategic investors.

With his leadership, he has developed a team of professionals adept in the investment banking and corporate finance & strategic advisory space.  The Panasean professionals have built their own track records of successfully closing some notable M&A and fund raising deals and advisory pre-IPO works in different sectors including F&B services, healthcare, technology, consumer manufacturing and oil & gas services.
